About This Venue

Khayangan Estate sits on the edge of Uluwatu’s cliff in southern Bali, with wide views over the Indian Ocean. The private estate is made up of restored antique wooden houses from Java, with a cliffside spa and trained butlers. Each wedding is a single private event for up to 100 guests, with a three-night stay in a six bedroom cliff top villa.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 50% deposit payment is required as a sign of the deal and blocking venue. Non-refundable.
  • Payment up to 75%, no later than 90 days before the wedding day..
  • 100% payment or settlement is made 30 days before the wedding day.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations over 90 days from the wedding day, 75% of the deposit payment will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation 90 days and below from the wedding day, 100% deposit payment will be forfeited.
  • “No Show” or do not come on the day, then 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
  • If by the time limit specified in the invoice or bill the client is unable to make a payment, it is considered a cancellation of 90 days and below.
  • If by the time limit specified in the invoice or bill the client does not communicate with the first party, it is also considered a cancellation of 90 days and below.

DATE CHANGE

  • Changes date can be made a maximum of 3 times (three times) while still based on the availability of the venue, as well as the approval of the venue concerned.
  • Changes date more than 3 times (three times) are considered the same as booking cancellations or previous bookings. In this case, back to the cancellation clause.
  • Change of date to the following year must be approved by the chosen venue or venue. In this case, the client must follow the latest or most updated package price according to the changed wedding period.
